Costs:
Individual cost: US$ 250 per person for full course
Group cost: US$5,000 for 20 particpants for full course

Requirements:
- Participants must have completed Module 1 & 2.
- Have at least one village to start up a Community Heath Club.
Target Participant: Project Officers, Community Health Workers, Environmental Health Technicians, Health Surveillance Assistants.
Minimum Number of participants: 10 participants
Maximum Number of participants: 40 participants
Group Access: Participants can be grouped with 5 people per email around one screen.
Language of training: English
Time: 9 am – 11 am (South African time)
Duration: 25 weeks
Number of days: 25 days
Frequency: Twice per week every Monday and Thursday
Length of each Topic: 2 -3 hours each
Certification: Individual participants who attend all 25 sessions in full and pass a Quiz at the end will be given a certificate.
